The Integrated Marketing Associate Manager will work closely with a dynamic cross-functional team to execute key initiatives that boldly raise awareness of the cause, establish credibility of OneSight and win the hearts, minds, and hands of supporters. The ideal candidate will bring energy, passion, and a can-do attitude to achieve short and long-term objectives.

As the Integrated Marketing Associate Manager, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives and spearhead the analysis and results tracking. Core responsibilities include: developing and executing integrated marketing recommendations to fuel customer giving and employee advocacy across select retail, leading cross-functional teams to drive new ways to reach and inspire a defined audience to advocate for the cause and donate to OneSight, assisting in copywriting, annual media plan management and public relations outreach.

The Integrated Marketing Specialist needs to be strong at project management and writing and have a curiosity and passion for problem solving. It is critical that they are able to quickly develop relationships, drive cross-functional teams to deliver strong results and are adaptive and eager to learn.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead key initiative implementation of cross-channel activations, ensuring executional excellence
  • Drive communication and engagement with Retail ambassadors to drive strong customer giving results
  • Implement annual retail engagement and recognition plan across established retail partners to drive customer giving
  • Implement best practices from benchmarking to drive strong marketing results (paid, earned and owned)
  • Lead the timeline, development, distribution of media creative in partnership with OneSight Creative team
  • Partner with media agencies to drive constant optimization of annual media plan to deliver against awareness and fundraising goals.
  • Partner with agencies gather and analyze insights and translate into actionable recommendations
  • Track and communicate KPI performance
  • Support Integrated Marketing Director in the development of annual brand strategies and plans
  • Quickly build relationships and establish trust with key retail partners and stakeholders
  • Develop compelling briefs to activate creative and cross-functional partners
  • Lead the public relations regional outreach in partnership with PR agency, including assisting in copywriting and insight gathering
  • Thorough proofing of marketing, advertising and PR materials for accuracy and consistency
  • Provide marketing and communications support for key partners and stakeholders
  • This role requires close collaboration with a broad network of OneSight leaders, team members and external partners to deliver against objectives

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Fundraising experience a plus

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

25% travel required to meet with key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years Marketing, Public Relations and/or Communications experience, retail experience preferred
  • Proven experience in executing or supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to develop internal and external communications
  • Proven experience in driving strong results in a fast paced environment
  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving with a can-do attitude
  • Experience in developing briefs and working with agency partners
  • Passion for mining for insights and developing actionable insights
  • Excellent relationship building skills with ability to quickly establish trust and positively influence outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while adhering to tight schedules and budgets
  • Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Eagerness and desire to learn and utilize new marketing platforms, channels, tools and resources
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
