Achieving Endless Possibilities with Sight
The 2019-2020 Next Gen Leadership class at Tokio Marine has selected OneSight, an independent nonprofit leading the global movement to help the world see clearly by providing access to eye exams and glasses to underserved communities in the US and around the world, as the beneficiary of their corporate social responsibility project.

Why is sight so important?
It’s simple: when people see better, they live better.
Imagine you couldn’t see the world around you clearly and there was no way to fix it. Try typing an email or reading a street sign (not while you’re driving!) without your glasses or contacts in—or just squinting a bit if you have perfect eyesight. It might seem like an inconvenience, but those little things add up.
That’s the reality for 1 in 7 people around the world who need a pair of glasses but have no way to get them. We call that the vision care gap, and we’re dedicated to closing it with the help of our partners, friends, allies, and volunteers.
