Every 2 seconds
Someone is forcibly displaced FROM THEIR HOME.
These statistics don’t just reflect numbers
-they reflect real people, fleeing for a better life.
WE’RE bearing witness to
the highest displacement RATES EVER.
While many refugees receive humanitarian assistance, vision care is often not among the services they receive. At OneSight, we believe that clear sight has the power to dramatically change a person’s life. A pair of glasses unlocks potential. And whether these people return to their countries of origin or are integrated into new communities, we want them to be ready to see their homes, their classrooms, their jobs – clearly.
As part of our ongoing goal to #HelpTheWorldSee, we’RE EXPANDING SERVICE TO displaced populations in Tanzania, Colombia, Thailand and Jordan.
