The Social Innovation Summit is a twice annual event taking place at the United Nations and Silicon Valley. The event is attended by 750+ thought leaders who are playing at the nexus of technology, investment, philanthropy, international development and business. According to conference organizers, “We convene the world’s most potent leaders, thinkers, and practitioners with an unwavering bias towards action and a push towards scale. We come together to investigate solutions and catalyze inspired partnerships that are disrupting history. Where most bring together luminaries to explore the next big idea, we bring together those hungry not just to talk about the next big thing, but to build it.”
This year’s conference includes keynote sessions by leaders with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Box, Chobani, CVS Caremark, DoSomething.org, DonorsChoose.org, Edelman, Google, HP, Huffington Post, Intel, JP Morgan Chase Foundation, Microsoft, Panera Bread, PwC, Salesforce.com Foundation, The Honest Company, Unilever, United Nations, Vodafone Americas Foundation, World Bank and more.
